Initially, we focussed on the Southern suburbs of Cape Town, building up a strong client base and positive record in the Claremont, Newlands, Kenilworth, Rondebosch, Tokai and Constantia areas.

With recent additions to our team, our broking offering has now extended to include the Salt River, Woodstock area through to the Waterfront, Granger Bay and Century City. We have concluded investment sales in the Cape Town CBD, Gauteng and Tshwane.

Our team cumulatively have over 90 years of property experience, which is of great value to our clients requiring the best advice and service.

Our skills encompass a range of disciplines within the property and built environment sector, including interior fit-outs, space planning, construction and project management. We work with a network of professionals including Interior Designers, Surveyors, Architects, accountants, lawyers, quantity surveyors, builders and landscapers.
